This is an online therapy space offering clinical psychology support where you can feel seen, heard and deeply understood. I offer telehealth therapy Australia wide so that you can get the support you need in the comfort of your own space, when you need it.
This is no cookie cutter therapy but a deeply personal journey. Specialising in the areas of attachment wounds and eating disorders, I take a whole person approach to healing, incorporating body, mind and spirit. This will look different for each person, as therapy is unique to your own needs, however, I work within the domains of psychology, physiology and spirituality. This holistic approach allows for long term healing and change.

I believe the foundation of meaningful change begins with a safe, nurturing relationship. We hurt in relationships, and we also heal in relationships. Connection and empathy are the predominant values underpinning my work and I look through an attachment based and trauma informed lens.
One of the comments I receive the most from my clients is “it seems like you really care” and I genuinely do. Because I aim to give fully and deeply to all of my clients and be attuned to their individual needs, I limit the number of people that I work with at any one time. This allows for a more individualised form of care that I hope fosters deeper healing.
I also offer a free 15 minute chat to potential new clients. The focus of this is to ensure that our connection is the right one for you. This provides an opportunity for you to experience how therapy might feel and ask any questions that you have.
All sessions are conducted via telehealth (video or phone). The reason for this is that after years of working face to face, I discovered that many of my clients thrived better in the comfort of their own home. When we have less new stimulation to attend to (for example, a strange therapy room, admin staff, different lights, smells, sounds, travel time etc) we are more able to relax and welcome vulnerability. I encourage all of my clients to get comfy in their safe space, so please, bring your pillows, blankets, candles, warm drink, whatever makes you feel most at home.
